This is precisely why the option to pause your subscription is so valuable.Our billing operates on a 31-day cycle, with work billed either daily or hourly, depending on your selected plan. For example, if you opt for the business partnership plan and utilize the service for 21 days before pausing, your subscription is temporarily halted, leaving you with 10 days of unused service available for future use. Similarly, if you choose the website migration plan, a project-based service rather than a subscription, and decide to halt development after 2 days, the process is paused, and you retain 3 days worth of service to use at a later date.

Meetings often prove to be inefficient, requiring not only the time spent in the meeting itself but also the effort to keep track of the discussions afterwards. To address this, we've decided to eliminate meetings from our process entirely and have developed a more efficient approach. Once you've chosen and signed up for a plan or subscription with us, we will welcome you to a dedicated Trello board and a Slack channel. The Trello board will guide you on the initial requirements needed from your end—such as specific plans, photographs, or links—to kickstart our work. You can easily upload or link these items on the Trello board and also place your requests there, allowing us to start working immediately. Should there be any aspect of our work that doesn't meet your expectations, you can directly communicate with us through Slack. This enables us to gain a clearer understanding of your needs and make necessary adjustments. We will continue refining our work until you are completely satisfied with the outcome.
